These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your use of our website located at www.deianddave.com and form a binding contractual agreement between you, the user of the Site and us, Dei & Dave the owner.

In no case shall Dei & Dave, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, packers, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

General

You must not assign, sublicense or otherwise deal in any other way with any of your rights under these Terms. If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down or severed to the extent necessary without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Each party must at its own expense do everything reasonably necessary to give full effect to this Agreement and the events contemplated by it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Competition and Promotional Discount Codes

Single Use & Non-Transferability: Any discount codes or other promotional awards resulting from competitions, giveaways, or other marketing promotions ("Promotional Awards") are intended for the sole use of the individual recipient or winner, as identified by Dei & Dave. These Promotional Awards are non-transferable and cannot be shared, distributed, or otherwise used by anyone other than the original recipient.

Invalidation of Misused Awards: Dei & Dave reserves the right to invalidate any Promotional Award and cancel any order or benefit derived from said Promotional Award if it is found to be used by someone other than the original recipient or in violation of our terms.

Consequences of Misuse: Sharing or distributing Promotional Awards is considered a breach of these terms and conditions. In addition to order cancellation or invalidation of the award, individuals found to be in breach may be disqualified from participating in future promotions or competitions hosted by Dei & Dave.

Notification of Misuse: Dei & Dave is under no obligation but may, at its discretion, notify individuals of any misuse or perceived breach of these terms. Such notifications are purely informational, and any action taken by Dei & Dave in response to a breach remains at its sole discretion.
